Return and Refund Eligibility    
Please accept our apologies if you received a defective or damaged item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you would like to return or exchange it. In the event that you receive an incorrect or wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a return or exchange for you. Items returned must be undamaged and show no signs of wear. For a successful return, all labels, packaging, and invoices must be retained.   

If any of these items are missing, returns may not be processed. If an item does not arrive in original condition or is missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours. As quickly as possible, we will resolve the issue.  

Process of Return    
Make sure to contact our customer support team to initiate a return. During the return process, they will provide you with instructions as well as guide you through the entire process. We at styleparadice will process the refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.    

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions     
We will not be able to accept returns on perishable products such as flowers, plants or personal items that are made to order. Aside from that,  digital products such as e-books or software cannot be returned or refunded once they have been viewed or downloaded. There are specific exceptions to each of these categories that will be clearly communicated to you during the purchase process.     

Return Shipping     
If there is a return, the shipping costs must be incurred by the user itself. However, if we made an error on our part, we will happily cover the cost of the return.  

Method of Refund     
If a refund is applicable, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used to process the refund. Once our team at styleparadice receives and inspects the returned item, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
